Mission Trip Enrollment Starts Here

To get started with your Mission Trip, L4N requires that you:

1.  Enroll for the Mission Trip.

2.  Complete an Emergency Medical Information, Release and Power of Attorney form. The information that you provide to us is critical in the event of an emergency, and it is all subject to our L4N Privacy Policy.

3. Pay for the Mission Trip. Please pay by secure PayPal, or you may mail us a check!
