Friday
5:30-6 p.m.Load and leave Dallas for Orange
arund MidnightArrive Orange and unload in housing
Saturday

 

Time to get up and dress

 

Breakfast, work assignment, and Team devotional

 

Load vehicles with tools, water jugs, snacks, first aid kits.  Leave for work site.

Snacks
 

Break for lunch, mend skinned fingers and hurt feelings.  Discuss progress of work.

1:00 p.m.

Back to work

3:00 p.m.

Snacks

 6:00 p.m

Return to housing site

 6-7 p.m

Showers and relaxation

7:00 p.m.

Worship and Team debriefing

Music, movie, letter writing

This is a "Typical Itinerary" and will, necessarily change based upon any number of factors, including but not limited to, the weather, the size of the roof, any unforeseen challenges, the expertise of the laborers and so forth.

The principal goal is to leave on Friday after work, take off and replace a roof in the Orange, Texas, area and return to the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex by 6 or 7 p.m. on Sunday evening.
