Laboring in Mission to Neighbors in Need

Welcome First Timers!

We are pleased to have you join us on this weekend mission trip to Louisiana / Southeast Texas. To properly plan and prepare for your participation, both Labors for Neighbors (L4N) and our southeast Texas mission support team require certain personal, medical and release information as will be presented to you in this registration process.

L4N adopted and both we and our support team abide by an L4N Privacy Policy affecting the information that you are asked to provide. In summary, the medical and related required information that you provide by the forms is subject to the L4N Privacy Policy and will be maintained confidentially and consulted only in case of an emergency.

To register for a mission trip, you will need to complete the following items:

1. Register for the Mission Trip of your choice. 

2. Complete the Medical Release & Emergency Contact Forms

3. Download, and complete Insurance Application (optional).

4. Payment for your participation in the October Mission Trip

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and a link to the Mission Trip's Information Site that you will have access to the next time you login.
